We're currently looking for a YLGS Funds Manager. Being on the committee, you'd be part of team keeping YLGS moving, but focused on the area of finance. You'd be managing the financial integrity of YLGS. You'd have to draw up budgets for events, check our account online, deposit cash, write cheques - all the official stuff.

You'd also be reporting the financial status of the society with a profit and loss account, and a balance sheet, and the effectiveness of events - did we make/ lose money. As well as that, you'll be building the financial security of the society - so ideas on how to improve the stability of the society, would you something you'd manage.

To be on the committee in any position, you just need to have a passion for your community. For this position in particular you'll need some financial awareness, and an eye for detail.
